With a background as a Cardiovascular Perfusionist and extensive work in cardiac surgery, hematology/oncology, blood management, and leadership roles, Mark is dedicated to bridging science, patient care, and wellness.

As a person living with Type 1 diabetes for more than 26 years, Mark combines professional expertise with lived experience, creating a unique perspective that empowers individuals, families, and healthcare professionals alike. His mission is to provide trusted resources, guidance, and practical solutions that support patients in navigating health challenges with confidence.
